Using WebcamTravels
You may use the public site for lawful personal or business purposes. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access or submit material you know is unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
Webcam submissions
Submitting a webcam does not guarantee publication. WebcamTravels may review, edit, reject, unpublish or remove listings to protect quality, accuracy, safety, rights and platform integrity.
Ownership claims and management rights
An approved claim grants management capability for the WebcamTravels listing only. It does not transfer copyright, ownership or control of third-party video, streaming accounts, websites or other underlying content. Claims and source-change requests remain subject to moderation.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for information and evidence you submit and for having the right to provide it. Do not submit passwords, API keys or other secret credentials. Keep your account credentials secure and tell us if you believe your account has been compromised.
Third-party streams and links
Many webcam views originate from third-party services or operators. Availability, accuracy and continuity can change without notice, and third-party terms may also apply. WebcamTravels does not promise that every stream will always be live, available or error-free.
Changes and availability
We may change features, moderation rules or these terms as the service evolves. Material updates will be reflected by changing the date shown on this page.
